Inrad Inc. and Stille AB Partner to Distribute High Quality Surgical Instruments to US Healthcare Market

Inrad Inc., a North American distributor of medical devices based in Kentwood, Michigan and Stille AB, a Swedish designer, manufacturer and distributor of surgical instruments and specialty tables based in Solna, Sweden have signed an agreement giving Inrad the exclusive rights to market, sell and distribute Stilles surgical instruments to the US healthcare markets.

Kentwood, MI December 24, 2004 -- Inrad Inc., a North American distributor of medical devices based in Kentwood, Michigan and Stille AB, a Swedish designer, manufacturer and distributor of surgical instruments and specialty tables based in Solna, Sweden have signed an agreement giving Inrad the exclusive rights to market, sell and distribute Stilles surgical instruments to the US healthcare markets.

Since 1841, Stille has been a market leader whose products combine innovative designs with traditional craftsmanship produced in its factory in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Stille instruments are known for their quality, precision and the unique Stille feel valued by surgeons around the world. Inrad will sell, market, distribute and service Stilles surgical instruments including a wide range of products for all types of surgery including general, plastic, cardiovascular and microsurgery.
